These terms apply to everything you buy from manalinebh.com. Nothing in them affects the rights Bahraini law gives you as a consumer — where the two differ, the law applies.

Manaline is a modest womenswear brand operating in the Kingdom of Bahrain.

Placing an order
Adding something to your bag is not an order. An order is placed when you complete checkout and pay, and we will email to confirm we received it.
That confirmation is not our acceptance. The contract between us begins when we email to say your order has been dispatched. Until then we may decline an order — if an item is out of stock, if we have priced something incorrectly, or if we cannot deliver to your address. If we decline, you receive a full refund.
Prices
All prices are in Bahraini Dinar (BHD).
Prices do not include VAT. Manaline is not currently registered for VAT in the Kingdom of Bahrain.
Delivery within Bahrain is free on every order, with no minimum.
We try to price everything correctly. If we find an error before dispatch we will contact you, and you can confirm at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.
Payment
We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Card and Apple Pay payments are processed by MyFatoorah and taken when you place your order. Where cash on delivery is available, you pay the courier when your order arrives.
Delivery
We deliver within Bahrain only. Orders arrive in 1–2 working days.
Delivery estimates are estimates. We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers or by events outside our control, but we will keep you informed and help chase anything that goes missing.
Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.
Returns and exchanges
Set out in full on our Returns & Exchanges page, which forms part of these terms. Your rights under Bahraini consumer law are in addition to that policy and are not limited by it.
Product information
We photograph everything as accurately as we can, but colours vary between screens and a garment may look slightly different in person.
Measurements and size guidance are given as a guide.
If something goes wrong

If we cannot resolve it, you may contact the Consumer Protection Directorate at the Ministry of Industry and Commerce.
Our liability
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited under Bahraini law.
Subject to that, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
Using this website
You may not use this site unlawfully, attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, or copy its content for commercial use. Product photography, text, the Manaline name and the Manaline logo belong to us.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain, and the courts of Bahrain have exclusive jurisdiction.
