This policy explains what personal information Manaline collects, why, and what you can ask us to do with it. It is written to comply with Bahrain’s Personal Data Protection Law (Law No. 30 of 2018).
Who we are
Manaline is a modest womenswear brand operating in the Kingdom of Bahrain at manalinebh.com.

What we collect
When you order: your name, delivery address, email address and phone number, plus a record of what you bought and when.
When you pay: payment is handled by MyFatoorah. Manaline never sees or stores your card number. We receive only a confirmation that payment succeeded or failed, and a reference number.
When you contact us: whatever you choose to tell us, and the message itself.
When you browse: your IP address, browser type, the pages you visited and how you arrived. This is standard for any website and is used to keep the site working and to understand which products people look at.

- Google — website analytics, only if you consent
- Meta — advertising measurement, only if you consent
- The courier delivering your order, who receives your name, address and phone number and nothing else
- Government authorities, where we are legally required to provide information
Information leaving Bahrain
Some of the services above operate outside the Kingdom of Bahrain, so your information may be stored or processed abroad. Where that happens we rely on providers who commit to protecting it to a standard consistent with Bahraini law.
Cookies and tracking
We use cookies the site cannot work without — keeping items in your bag, keeping you signed in, and remembering whether you are browsing in English or Arabic.
We also use analytics and advertising cookies to understand how the site is used and to measure our advertising. These run automatically when you visit. They allow us to see which products people look at, and to measure whether our advertising is working.
This means Google and Meta receive information about your visit, including pages viewed, items added to your bag, and purchases made. Where you are in a country whose law requires your prior agreement, we ask for it before these run.
You can prevent this tracking by using your browser’s privacy settings or an ad blocker, or by contacting us at Manalinebh@gmail.com to ask us to delete information we hold about you.

Your rights
Under Bahraini law you may:

- Complain to Bahrain’s Personal Data Protection Authority if you believe we have handled your information wrongly

Keeping it safe
The whole site runs over an encrypted connection. Access to order information is limited to people who need it. Card details are handled by our payment provider so that we never hold them.
No system is perfectly secure. If something goes wrong in a way that affects you, we will tell you and notify the authority as required.
Children
This site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date shown at the top of this page.
